Mommy Make-over: This patient 49 year old, 5’5″ 135 pounds, wanted to change the shape and size of her breasts. She went with Allergan Natrelle Gel implants size 415 cc. the implants were placed under the chest wall muscles. The lift was a standard mastopexy. She also wanted to reshape her abdomen and have the extra skin and fatty tissues removed. That was done and the abdominal wall muscles were tightened as well. She is very happy.
